Rating : 2 / 5

Goodreads : Sink your teeth into the perfect holiday gift and must-have collector's item for every fan of Richelle Mead's totally addicting Vampire Academy series.Discover the history of St. Vladimir's Academy, explore the dark psychology behind Rose and Lissa's spirit bond, and find out even more illicit secrets about Moroi society. This ultimate guide will feature everything readers want and need to go even deeper into the world of Vampire Academy, Frostbite, Shadow Kiss, Blood Promise, Spirit Bound, and Last Sacrifice . . . every heartache, every betrayal, every sacrifice, and so much more!

My review : Sorry I can't give more than 2 stars for this books because I was so disappointed.
Vampire Academy is my favorite YA series ever. I'm just obsessed by this series and I almost think about its character every day. Yes i'm crazy.
So I was excited to read this guide based on the series. It is said at the back of the book : the must-have addition to any vampire academy collection.
And I disagree. If you've read the books you don't need this guide. Most of the book(until page 220 and there are 290 pages in the book) are summaries from the six books with quotes. Well I like quotes and I liked the fact that she put every first sentence of each book but why telling the whole story during most of this guide???!!! I thought that it was going to be a reflexion on some themes or some part of the VA world... We have some of that at the end but not enought and then details about the characters... I was really bored and skipped a lot of things. I really thought that it would be different than that. The only thing that I liked and found interesting were the Q&A with Richelle Mead.
