Doug, Georgina's co-worker at a local bookstore, has been exhibiting bizarre behavior, and Georgina suspects that something far more demonic than double espressos is at work. She could use help finding out, but Bastien, an irresistibly charming incubus and her best immortal friend, is preoccupied with corrupting an ultra-conservative talk radio star-and giving Georgina some highly distracting come-hither vibes. Georgina is going to have to work solo on this one-and fast because soon, Doug's life won't be the only one on the line.
My review : It's just the second book but I'm already saying that this might be a new favorite series ! I LOVED that second book ! There's still all this folklore and legends and in this one it's more focused on greek mythology and I loved learning about all that.
In Succubus on top Georgina has to face several things at once. Her complicated relationship, her incubus friend who want to corrupt an ultra-conservative star and Doug's (who is one of her coworker) strange behavior.
And again there was a lot of actions and I was totally excited while reading it.
Her relationship with Seth is absolutly amazing, cute and sweet. I just wanted more and more scenes of the two of them even if it's still REALLY frustrating on some points !
A new incubus is in town (an incubus is the male equivalent of a succubus) Bastien and I really liked his character. He is Georgina's bestfriend since a long time (thousands of years actually) and it was great to learn more about her past with him !
And the end is just sexy as hell !
I read the first chapter of the third book and now i'm dying to read it ! But I have to wait my birthday and I'll get all the other books at this moment. Fortunately it's in september ^^ !
