Letterbox love [3]

Letterbox Love is a weekly feature hosted by Lynsey on Narratively Speaking. The idea apparently came out of a group discussion on twitter.
It's a new meme for the UK bookbloggers where we share the books that we've received, bought, borrowed ect.. every week.

Le petit livre des anges. This is a french book that I bought in Lourdes. It's about angels, the mythology around them, the biblical definition of angels ect... And I fell in love with this book it's a beautiful harcover copy with gold gilded pages and amazing paintings of angels in it. I've always been fascinated by angels, nephilim ect so I'm really happy that I found this book.

Die for me by Amy Plum : I bought this book because i'm going to meet Amy Plum in Paris in a few days. I've already read this one for the read-a-thon of this week.

Obsidian by Jennifer L. Armentrout : I've read the first two books in the Covenant series this month so I wanted to read another series by Jennifer L. Armentrout. I've finished this one last night for the read-a-thon of this week.

Morganville vampires volume 4 (book 7 and 8) by Rachel Caine : I'm going to meet Rachel Caine in Paris in a few days so I wanted to read her Morganville vampires series. I've already read the first four books in the series i'm waiting for volume 3 that i'm going to receive next week though.

City of Lost Souls by Cassandra Clare : I was so excited when I received this book ! This is the fifth book in The Mortal Instruments series one of my favorite YA series. I've already read it for the read-a-thon of this week.

    morganville !!! j'ai lu jusqu'au tome 5 pour le moment, faut que je continue dès que j'ai un moment :D (je les ai en VO aussi, mais en tome indépendant, pas en omnibus)

    Il faut vraiment que je lise Die for me! J'y arriverais un jour. Il faut que je commence les Rachel Caine aussi pour le moment je n'ai lu qu'une série d'elle. Un peu pareil pour les cassandra Clare. Bon d'accord en fait il me faudrait tes nouveaux achats lol. Bonne lecture!

    Awesome haul! I've read some great things about the Die For Me books but I'm yet to read them, might give them a go soon. I was so excited when City Of Lost Souls came through my door, I will admit I did a little dance!

    You're so lucky that you get to meet Amy Plum in Paris! Part because you get to go to Paris (loooooooooove! <3) and part because Amy Plum rocks my socks off! :') Also, I can't believe I don't have a finished copy of Obsidian on my shelf yet -- I read an ARC last year and absolutely LOVED it, so I really need to add it to my collection in time for Onyx to come out! (JLA is PURE awesome, isn't she? LOL!)

    Oh awesome haul this week. I love the MVV series and I actually met Rachel Caine in Dublin a couple of weeks ago. She is really nice. And yes City of Lost Souls is fantastic, I totally agree about the long wait. I loved Die for Me too. I can't wait to read Until I Die, which will hopefully be soon.
